  • Benoit La Salle – Chairman
    Mr. La Salle is a chartered accountant and member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Order of Chartered Administrators of Quebec. He holds a Commerce degree from McGill University and a Masters of Business Administration from IMEDE, Switzerland. In 1980, he founded Grou La Salle & Associés, Chartered Accountants. Mr. La Salle is currently Chairman and CEO of Semafo Inc. and serves on other boards o public companies including amongst others, Afcan Mining Corporation, Pebercan Inc., Vasogen Inc., and, ART Advanced Research Technologies Inc.
  • Élaine Beaudoin
    Madame Beaudoin is a chartered accountant and a member of the Québec Order of Chartered Accountants and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. From 1989 to 1998, she held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Unifix Inc, a Québec based manufacturer of concrete panels. Madame Beaudoin serves on the board of several institutions, private and public companies including, the Canam Manac Group Inc., Hebdo Litho Inc. and Lower Canada College.
  • Diane Côté
    Ms. Côté has been employed, on a full-time basis, with the Company since October 2001. She had a 17 year career with IBM where she held various positions acquiring IT, marketing and corporate experience. As Vice-president for Business Development and a Partner of Innovitech, a Montréal based management consulting firm for the last 10 years, Ms. Côté has been actively involved in strategic planning and development, with special focus on the positioning of innovative technologies. Ms. Côté is a board member of the Association of Health Technologies Industry (AITS) and Montreal Computer Research Centre (CRIM)
  • Terrance Gregg
    Mr. Gregg became President and CEO of DexCom in June 2007, having served as independent member of the board since 2005. Prior to DexCom Mr. Gregg retired as President of Medtronic MiniMed, a world leader in diabetes management systems. He was instrumental in Medtronic's US$3.4 billion acquisition of MiniMed, Inc. in 2001. Mr. Gregg became President and Chief Operating Officer of MiniMed, Inc. in 1996. He also served in executive positions with Smith & Nephew plc., a healthcare product company, and Allergan, Inc., a leading opthalmic device and pharmaceutical company. Mr. Gregg currently serves as Chairman of the board of Vasogen, Inc.
  • Harry G. Hohn
    Mr. Hohn spent four decades at New York Life Insurance Company having retired as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the company in 1997. During his watch New York Life grew to $120 billion in assets and $25 billion in revenue. Born in New York City, Mr. Hohn holds a Bachelor of Science degree from New York University, a Doctor of Law degree from Forham University School of Law, where he was editor of the Fordham Law Review, and a Master of Laws degree from New York University Graduate School of Law. Mr. Hohn has served, amongst others, as Chairman of the Board of the American Council of Life Insurance, the Life Insurance Council of New York, the National AIDS Foundation and The Foundation for Independent Higher Education and the International Center for the Disabled.
  • Michael Maher
    Mr. Maher holds forty years of Wall Street investment business experience having most recently served as a Managing Director of Merrill Lynch. Prior, Mr. Maher served as a senior Vice-President of Lehman Bros. and as Managing Director and a member of the Board of Directors of Morgan Grenfeld, C.J. Lawrence. His two decades at Morgan Grenfeld, C.J. Lawrence culminated in assisting in its merger and integration into Deutsche Bank. Mr. Maher serves on the board of The Gregorian University Foundation, the largest University in Rome. Being an avid pianist, he also serves as Vice Chairman of a New Jersey based symphony.
