FHR Pattern Identification and Labeling - CALM Patterns™
Key Features
- CALM Patterns Tracing:
- CALM Patterns identifies, labels and measures standard fetal heart rate features based on ACOG definitions
- Detection and marking of the following fetal heart rate patterns on the tracing:
- Acceleration
- Deceleration
- Late (L), Early (E), Variable Typical (V), Variable Atypical (VA)
- Other Unspecified Deceleration detected by CALM Patterns and listed in Details (future version); not marked on tracing
- Detection of fetal heart rate from the fetal monitor, utilizing either an external US or internal FSE
- Patterns are marked with both color and letters/icons; beginning and ending date and time range indicated on each marking after clicking on the individual event
- Individual or multiple markings may be expanded and collapsed in a fashion that does not obscure the tracing for optimal viewing
- Secured Users have the option to Delete markings if they disagree with the CALM Patterns analysis
- CALM Patterns Contractility:
- Detection of uterine contractions from the fetal monitor, utilizing either an external TOCO or internal IUPC
