  • Harry G. Hohn - Chairmen
    Mr. Hohn spent four decades at New York Life Insurance Company having retired as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the company in 1997. During his watch New York Life grew to $120 billion in assets and $25 billion in revenue. Born in New York City, Mr. Hohn holds a Bachelor of Science degree from New York University, a Doctor of Law degree from Forham University School of Law, where he was editor of the Fordham Law Review, and a Master of Laws degree from New York University Graduate School of Law. Mr. Hohn has served, amongst others, as Chairman of the Board of the American Council of Life Insurance, the Life Insurance Council of New York, the National AIDS Foundation and The Foundation for Independent Higher Education and the International Center for the Disabled.
  • Benoit La Salle
    Mr. La Salle is a chartered accountant and member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Order of Chartered Administrators of Quebec. He holds a Commerce degree from McGill University and a Masters of Business Administration from IMEDE, Switzerland. In 1980, he founded Grou La Salle & Associés, Chartered Accountants. Mr. La Salle is currently Chairman and CEO of Semafo Inc. and serves on other boards o public companies including amongst others, Afcan Mining Corporation, Pebercan Inc., Vasogen Inc., and, ART Advanced Research Technologies Inc.
  • Diane Côté
    Ms. Côté has been employed, on a full-time basis, with the Company since October 2001. She had a 17 year career with IBM where she held various positions acquiring IT, marketing and corporate experience. As Vice-president for Business Development and a Partner of Innovitech, a Montréal based management consulting firm for the last 10 years, Ms. Côté has been actively involved in strategic planning and development, with special focus on the positioning of innovative technologies. Ms. Côté is a board member of the Association of Health Technologies Industry (AITS) and Montreal Computer Research Centre (CRIM)
  • Emily Hamilton, MDCM, FRCSC - Founder
    Dr. Hamilton is an Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Faculty of Medicine, McGill University. Dr. Hamilton has over 2 decades experience as a practicing obstetrician. Dr. Hamilton designed and led the research project that conceived CALM.

    Mr. Horn is Chief Operations Officer, First Angel Capital since April 2004, Vice President - Risk Management & Compliance, State Street Corporation, from June 2001 to April 2004.
  • Yves Grou
    Yves Grou graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor in Commerce in 1976 and completed his final exam from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1977. He worked with Ernst & Young until 1980 when he co-founded Grou, La Salle & Associates, Chartered Accountants. Since 1996, Mr. Yves Grou had held the position of Chief Financial Officer for different companies.
