  • Yves Grou - Chief Financial Officer and interim CEO
    Yves Grou graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor in Commerce in 1976 and completed his final exam from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1977. He worked with Ernst & Young until 1980 when he co-founded Grou, La Salle & Associates, Chartered Accountants. Since 1996, Mr. Yves Grou had held the position of Chief Financial Officer for different companies.
  • Bruno Bendavid - CTO and interim COO
    Mr. Bendavid has an in-depth knowledge of the CALM platform design and development as well as the underlying clinical research. Mr. Bendavid holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and has been with LMS since its inception.
  • Emily Hamilton, MDCM, FRCSC - Founder, Vice President Medical Research and Chair of the LMS Scientific Advisory Board
    Dr. Hamilton is an Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Faculty of Medicine, McGill University. Dr. Hamilton has over 2 decades experience as a practicing obstetrician. Dr. Hamilton designed and led the research project that conceived CALM.
  • Pamela Haswell - Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs
    In her thirteen years in the QA/RA field, she has worked with clinical trial design, training, and monitoring; preparation of regulatory submissions; development and auditing of quality systems; and management of software validation programs. She holds a MS in Pathology and is certified as a U.S. Regulatory Affairs specialist, a Quality Auditor and Quality Engineer.
  • Megan Pennie - Marketing
    Ms. Pennie has over 10 years of experience in leading marketing and consulting programs in the healthcare and technology industries. Prior to LMS, she was Director of Informatics Product Marketing at Premier Healthcare Alliance. Ms. Pennie holds a MBA and a Masters in Public Health in healthcare administration and policy, as well as a Bachelors degree in biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
  • Donald H. Bauman Jr. - Marketing
    Mr. Bauman joined LMS in May 2008 and brought with him more than 20 years of experience in healthcare software sales and marketing activities. Prior to LMS, he served as the vice president
    of sales and marketing for Cereplex Inc., a leading provider of patient-safety solutions. His experience includes direct sales, national sales leadership roles, product marketing and partnership development at Premier Inc, Bridge Medical, McKessonHBOC, CliniCom and Community Health Computing. Mr. Bauman’s sales and marketing experience focused on building sales teams and strategies and marketing plans, and participating in strategic relationships for selling enterprise applications, clinical information systems and patient-safety solutions. Mr. Bauman holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan.
  • Dawn Bonsor - Strategic Development - CSA
    Ms. Bonsor has held a number of leadership roles at LMS. Holding degrees and experienced in both the fields of Nursing and Computer Engineering, she has held management positions in Software Development as well Product Management before moving into the roll of Strategic Development in April 2008. Previous to joining LMS she held various positions as a clinical nurse as well as development and operational managerial roles.
